Overview

This one day tour gives you the opportunity to make the most out of your visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial site and museum. We offer private transportation of the highest standard and quality, and informative tour leader to make sure everything runs smoothly. We play introductory film on the way to the camp and survivor testimonies on the way back as well as a english guide in the museum. We will meet back at the parking lot in front of the main camp (tour leader will inform about the exact time) and drive back to Krakow. Remember to take your passport or personal ID - this is obligatory to get the tickets.

What To Expect

The memorial site of Auschwitz and Birkenau speaks for itself, but this tour will give you a deeper understanding of the horrors that took place here. To prepare you for your visit, we'll start off with an introductory film. Our on board tour leader will be available to answer your questions during the 1,5h transfer from Krakow. After a brief security and name check (please bring ID), the museum guide will do a private tour of the main camp (Auschwitz I), which usually takes around 1,5. Later, after a short break, we will board our coach to Birkenau, where the guided tour continues. On the way back to Krakow, as a means of reflection, we will watch a few survivor testimonies.
