The Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Memorial is a special place of remembrance dedicated to victims of the Second World War. The former largest Nazi German Concentration and Extermination Camp remains to be one of the most frequently visited historical sites in the world. A visit to the Museum is divided into two parts: the tour in Auschwitz I, which takes about two hours, and then the tour in Auschwitz II Birkenau, about one hour.
